Magnum "Mugsy" Tannen was a Chicago mobster in 1927, and a member of the Tannen family.
History[]
He was the second in command after crime boss Arnie "Eggs" Benedict, and was backed up by the muscleman, "Battleship" Potempkin. He kept Jim McFly from leaving in order for him to brew a bootleg alcohol.
