1931C was an ABC timeline. It was a version of 1931 where Dr. Emmett Brown, under the pseudonym Carl Sagan, was looking for information about Marty McFly's grandmother.

- Tuesday, October 13: Marty Jr. arrives from 1885 to show and tell the cop about the time machine and the last few Thomas and his friends books, he tells the cop that his father and the old man who claims to be a time traveller brought the box of the books, so the cop decided to keep them, but Marty Jr. tells him that Edna Strickland will return from 1876 to crash into the police station wall while Edna is in prison the cop will give her the books if she promised to not get into trouble, the cop tells him he'll see what he could do, and Marty Jr. explores the rest of 1931 before heading back to 2085. Edna Strickland is arrested for arson after her return from 1876.
- Wednesday, October 14: While Edna's in prison the cop tells her a secret from Marty Jr., the secret is the Thomas and his friends books, the cop tells her that Marty Jr.'s father and the old man who claims to be a time traveller brought the books, Edna promised to not get into trouble just like Marty Jr. said. But she tells the cop that she's really a time traveller and tells him that she travelled to 1876 while she was there, Marty and Emmett arrived to stop her from burning down Hill Valley. The cop tells her that burning down the town is illegal, Edna promises the cop that'll never happen again also she promises the cop to make her a time machine so she could travel back in time, the cop thinks Edna its right, she really is a time traveller, so the cop agrees with her. Meanwhile Marty Jr. fills up the fusion generator and departs 1931 for 2085.
