Al Capone (January 17, 1899 – January 25, 1947) became head of the Chicago Mafia in 1925.
After his conviction for tax evasion in 1932, his henchman Frank Nitti took over as head of the Chicago Outfit.
In 1931, Officer Danny Parker mockingly suggested that he was working with Emmett Brown (who was falsely accused of the arson of the Hill Valley speakeasy and was going by the name of Carl Sagan).
