Albert Baines was a member of the Baines family. He was a judge for the 1931 Hill Valley Science Expo, but was replaced at the last minute by Judge Brown because he was 'ailing'.
Trivia
- As William McFly was the father of Arthur and grandfather of George McFly, it may be that Albert is the father of Sam Baines and the grandfather of Lorraine Baines. However, this is not confirmed.
