Alexander Graham Bell (March 3, 1847 – August 2, 1922) was a scientist, inventor and engineer who is credited with patenting the first practical telephone. This invention was created by Bell, along with an electrical designer and mechanic named Thomas A. Watson, who was Bell's assistant.
In 1991, Doc used Bell's name as an exclamation of surprise, saying "Ring my Alexander Graham Bell."
