This article covers a subject that has been deemed non-canon by either the author or the Back to the Future licensees, and thus should not be taken as a part of the "real" Back to the Future universe.

The asylum nurse worked at the County Asylum in 1985, in the timeline that Biff Tannen controlled Hill Valley.

On October 26, 1985, Doc Brown discovered that his alternate self had been committed several years earlier in this timeline. Doc disguised himself and traveled to the asylum. He bribed the asylum nurse to talk with his alternate self. He discovered that, at some point after being committed, his counterpart had been lobotomized.
