Atari 2600

An Atari 2600 is for sale at Blast from the Past in 2015.

The Atari 2600, known as the Atari Video Computer System before 1982, was a video game console that was released on September 11, 1977. It popularized the programmable cartridge format, and was the most popular video game system in the United States until 1985, when it was overtaken by the Nintendo Entertainment System.

On August 8, 2015, Emmett Brown visited the Blast from the Past antique/memorabilia store to determine the value of the items he owned in 1985. An Atari 2600 was one of the antiques available for sale.
