For the invention built by Doc in his livery stable in 1885, see automated breakfast maker.
The automated flapjack maker was a pancake producing machine invented by Doc Brown. The machine was able to produce up to 300 pancakes an hour.
The machine was not a huge success, due to the failure of Doc's experimental sawdust pancake batter.
In 1991, this invention was showcased, along with Doc's other early inventions, in a video displayed at the Institute of Future Technology.
