Bottoms Up was a plastic surgery company in 2015, which had a store in Courthouse Square. The store was on the former site of the Broadway Florist, and was next door to the Hill Valley Surrogate Parenting Center.
In October of that year, they were advertising their breast implant models Super Inflatable 'TIT' and Headlight 'TIT' as part of a "2 for 1 sale" — as seen on the multi-channel video screen of the McFly residence in Hilldale, on channel 63.
