- " Actually, he [Marty] could see what change was most dramatic. It made him embarrassed to even notice it — his own mother! She seemed to have had some surgery done to the upper area of — especially in that tight dress, her torso was — well, there was no other way to put it — her cleavage was certainly — ample. / She was staring at him as if she expected him to say something. / "Mom!" he managed at last. "You're so — so — uh — big!" / Marty frowned. That wasn't what he wanted to say. But what could he say? "

Breast implants were implants used to enlarge the female breast.
History[]
Lorraine Baines McFly Tannen who used to be a 34B was forced to get 36D implants when she married Biff Tannen in the 1985A timeline. When they got in an argument, Biff mentioned the implants, to which Lorraine snidely retorted it was his idea to get "these things", and if he wanted them back, he should repossess them by cutting her open.
Large packs of discarded silicone breast implants, labeled CAUTION - SILICONE, were in the alleyway where Dr. Emmett Brown and Marty McFly landed in the DeLorean time machine when they arrived in 2015, discarded as trash by Fusion Industries.[1]
After Doc ran up the alley to locate Marty Jr., he observed Marty's future son walking past a plastic surgery store, which was advertising a sale that week on breast implants. Though the name of the store was not visible, a television commercial shown later that day referred to a similar sale.
Later, while Jennifer Parker was inside her future home, she observed Marty Jr. watching six television channels simultaneously on a multi-channel video screen. On Channel 63 (in the upper right hand corner) was a commercial for Bottoms Up, a plastic surgery store of that era, which was offering two special types of breast implant as part of its "2 for 1 sale" — "the Super Inflatable 'TIT', for that last minute adjustment", and "the Headlight 'TIT'".
