Deborah Harmon (born May 8, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actress who portrayed the unnamed morning newsanchor in Back to the Future.

Though she was uncredited on-screen, and only appeared for a moment, she qualifies as the first person seen in the film trilogy.

Harmon is best known as Elizabeth Lubbock in the TV sitcom, Just the Ten of Us (1987-1990), and on two episodes of Growing Pains (1985-1992) — namely the double-episode "How the West Was Won" in 1988. She was also in the movie Used Cars in 1980, also made by Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale.
