The experimental sawdust pancake batter was an experimental pancake batter composed of sawdust, invented by Dr. Emmett Brown. The concoction helped lead to the failure of his automated flapjack maker, due to its unpopularity.
Doc later used sawdust in his experimental sawdust dog food, to much more positive results, as dogs didn't mind the taste of sawdust in their food.
In 1991, this invention was showcased, along with Doc's other early inventions, in a video displayed at the Institute of Future Technology.
