In 2015, there was a female president. In the newspaper for October 21, she told the media that she was tired of answering the same questions. Accordingly, she would have had to been elected in either 2008 or 2012, assuming the normal election cycle.
It is never expressly stated which country in particular that this female was the President of, so she might not have been the US President, considering other countries (and corporations) have presidents as well.
