Gertrude Tannen was Biff Tannen's grandmother and presumably Buford "Mad Dog" Tannen's daughter-in-law. She lived with Biff at their house in Hill Valley.
She could be heard yelling to Biff the night of the Enchantment Under the Sea dance.
