Jack was an employee of the vehicle towing and repair service Lee Bros. Towing & Repair in Hill Valley in 1986. He wore glasses.
Biography
After Dr. Emmett Brown, who had amnesia, crashed his steam time car into a STOP sign, Lee Bros. Towing & Repair towed the vehicle to their yard, believing it had been abandoned.
When Marty McFly, Jennifer Parker and Doc arrived at the towing service, Jennifer attempted to sweet talk Jack into releasing the steam time car, but failed miserably as Jack was only interested in a cash deal. Although Jack already had a buyer for the steam time car, he said he would sell it to them for $300 — leaving them until the end of his shift at 12:00 midnight to come up with the money.
When Marty said he thought Jennifer had a way with people, Jennifer replied she didn't think Jack qualified as "people" in this case.
