Jeb was one of three old-timers that frequented the Palace Saloon in 1885. He had a black moustache which drooped over his mouth.

Jeb was portrayed by Pat Buttram. In the credits, he was listed as "Saloon Old-Timer #3". His name is mentioned in the novelization by Craig Shaw Gardner.
