Alias of Marty McFly[]
For a full biography, see the article on Marty McFly.
In 1972, Marty McFly needed to create a new alias when he was caught by Joey Baines and was brought to Biff Tannen and his gang while they were planning to steal from the house of Sarah Ellsworth. He claimed that he was Kevin, the son of his 1955 alter-ego, Calvin Klein, who he said had to leave Hill Valley over the scandal of being an unwed father.
Behind the scenes[]
- Kevin Kline voiced Calvin Fischoeder for twenty-six episodes in the animated sitcom series Bob's Burgers (2011-ongoing). In the same issue that Marty calls himself Kevin Klein, an establishment called Bob's Burgers can be seen. This would suggest that the similarity between 'Kevin Klein' and 'Kevin Kline' is not coincidental on the part of the writers.
