Neil Patrick Harris is an actor who is known for his role as Dr. Douglas "Doogie" Howser in the tv series Doogie Howser, M.D.is the main character of the live action series Doogie Howser, M.D., which ran from September 19, 1989 to March 24, 1993.

During the run of Doogie Howser, M.D., Neil Patrick Harris also played the role in the 1990 movie The Earth Day Special which was a crossover special made to inform viewers about the importance of taking care of the environment. During the movie, Harris' character shared screentime with Christopher Lloyd, who reprised his role as Dr. Emmett Brown as well as with Bette Midler who played Mother Nature.
In 2008, Harris provided the voice of Barry Allen/The Flash in the movie Justice League: The New Frontier, which included James Arnold Taylor as Captain Cold and Joe Alaskey as Bugs Bunny in a cartoon which aired within the movie.
In 2009, Harris voice The Music Meister in the Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode "Mayhem of the Music Meister!". The episode included Taylor as Green Arrow.
