Night school was an adult learning school that held education courses in the evening or at night for the benefit of people who had day jobs.

In 1955, Goldie Wilson was working as a busboy at Lou's Cafe, where he mentioned to George McFly on November 5 that he was taking classes at night school because he was determined to make something of himself — which eventually led him to become mayor of Hill Valley in 1977.
The night school classes Goldie attended were most probably held at Hill Valley High School.
