The Parker residence was a house in Hill Valley in 1985. Its number was 161.
It was also seen in 1985A with bars on the windows, bushes all over the house, and a smashed AMC Hornet. As with the McFly residence, which was occupied by an African-American family, it's possible the house wasn't actually occupied by the Parkers in 1985A when Marty and Doc left Jennifer on the porch swing.

- The house used for filming is in Monrovia, California.
- In the animated series, Marty and Jennifer were often seen sitting on the front porch of the Parker residence. However, the swinging chair was replaced by a sofa, which was easier for the animators to draw.
