Queen Jorgensen was the monarch of Barataria, which Dr. Emmett Brown surmised was a Balkan-esque country that existed briefly at some point between the end of the 19th century and the middle of the 20th century.
Biography
The Queen herself did not attend the New York World's Fair in 1939, where Barataria had an exhibition, but one of the exhibits on display was her gray sheepdog, Prince Rufio, who bore a remarkable resemblance to Doc's own pet, Einstein.
