Rafe Unger, also known as "Data", was a member of Griff's gang. He had a generator on his chest that produced certain sound effects such as a chicken. His hoverboard was of the No Tech series.
Behind the scenes
Though not mentioned by name in the film, Data is identified in the credits. The 2015 newspaper article gives his full name as Rafe Unger.
Data was portrayed by actor Ricky Dean Logan. Logan appeared again in Part III as "Needles' Gang Member #3" from 1985.
