Rudy Russo was the owner of New Deal Used Cars, a used-car dealership in Hill Valley, which was located at Valley Road at the freeway.

Biography

On February 3, 1984, Russo was paid $13K in cash by Dr. Emmett Brown for a 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 that had done 30,000 miles, and which was destined to become the second DeLorean time machine.
