Behind-the-scenes information

Sachi Parker (Born on September 1, 1956 in Los Angeles, California) is an American film actress, who is the daughter of Shirley MacLaine and the niece of Warren Beatty. She played a small role in the film Back to the Future as "Bystander #1". After George McFly knocked out Biff Tannen, Bystander #1 said to her date (portrayed by Robert Krantz), "Who is that guy?". When he said, surprised, "That's George McFly!" she replied, "That's George McFly?".

After Back to the Future[]

Sachi appeared the following year as a 1960 high school student in the Kathleen Turner time travel film, Peggy Sue Got Married.

Parker did not reprise her role when the Enchantment Under the Sea dance was filmed again for Back to the Future Part II. In the sequence where Marty noticed that the photo of his family had still not been fixed, and pushed past the two bystanders, they were portrayed by two other actors.

Parker was 28 years old when she was portraying a high school student. Actor Michael J. Fox duplicated the feat when, at 28, he portrayed a 17 year old high school student in Back to the Future Part III.

She also played Doctor Tava in the Star Trek: The Next Generations episode "First Contact".
