The Elektro-Pacifier was an electroshock weapon that police officers could use to stop violent criminals. These kinds of weapons were first developed in the 1930s.

History[]

In 1931 at the Hill Valley Science Exposition, Officer Danny Parker told Marty McFly that the device would disable a violent criminal by shooting an electrical current.
