"The Wallflower (Dance with Me, Henry)" — also sometimes referred to as simply "Dance with Me, Henry" — was a popular 1950s song written by Johnny Otis, Hank Ballard and Etta James, which was written in 1954 and released the following year.

It was performed by Etta James.

History[]

After school on November 8, 1955, a boy and a girl danced along to "The Wallflower (Dance with Me, Henry)" as it played on the jukebox in Lou's Cafe.
