Timeline 28 was a timeline created when Professor Marcus Irving and Marty McFly arrived from May 10, 1986 to June 23, 1972

Events

1970s

  • 1972
    • Friday, June 23: Marty and Irving arrive from 1986 to find out about Joey Baines and Mrs. Ellsworth. After running into a 1972 version of Dr. Emmett Brown and his mother, who is Mrs. Ellsworth, Irving accidentally causes Doc not to create time travel. Meanwhile, Marty runs into Joey who just recently ran away after returning a 3-year-old Marty to his mother, Lorraine who was Joey's older sister. To stop him, Marty tells him about when he blew the carpet with fire. This wouldn't happen until 1976 so Joey laughs and dismisses, saying that Dave did it. The two run into a 1972 Biff Tannen and his goons. To get out of trouble, he says he is "Calvin Klein"'s son. Biff listens to Irving. To repair the timeline, he goes to get the car and gets a radio chat from Biff, who disguises himself as "Calvin"'s son. He runs into George McFly, who asks him about Joey. After finding Biff, George threatens him. To find the DeLorean, Marcus rides with 70s hippies. Marty askes Biff's gang about the "Brown Fortune". Marty unintentionally gets Joey arrested and realizes he was the accomplice.
    • Saturday, June 24: After getting caught, Joey's brother-in-law George argues with Sarah and Doc. Biff threatens Marcus if "Kevin Klein" doesn't give the money up he will kill Joey. After finding, a map, 1986 Doc saves them. They return to May 10, 1986. This creates Timeline 29, which begins at Irving and Marty's entry point on May 10, 1986.
