Twin Pines Ranch was a ranch owned by Old Man Otis Peabody in 1955.

Eventually, sometime between 1955 and 1985, the land became home to the Twin Pines Mall (Lone Pine Mall after Marty knocks down one of the trees on his first trip back into 1955).
