The YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association) was a community organization that had a building location roughly two blocks from the Courthouse Square of Hill Valley.

A YMCA symbol could be seen on the "WELCOME TO HILL VALLEY" greeting sign in 1955, but the hovering greeting sign from 2015 did not appear to have one.

Alternate history

• In the novelization, the YMCA building is the location of Marty McFly's band audition with The Pinheads.
