ZZ Tops cameo

ZZ Top, as a part of a group of local musicians, in a cameo appearence in Back to the Future Part III.

ZZ Top is an American blues rock band formed in 1969 in Houston, Texas. The band consists of Billy Gibbons(guitar and lead singer), Dusty Hill(bassist and vocalist) and Frank Beard(drummer). They cameoed in Back to the Future Part III, as part of a local group of musicians, in 1885 playing at the Hill Valley Festival. They even do their signature instruments spin!

The song they play at the Festival is an acoustic version of their hit single "Doubleback" from their then current ablum "Recycler" released in accordance with the movie. While only the acoustic version was included on the official soundtrack, the rock version did get played during the ending credits.
