Zeke was one of three old-timers, the other two being Levi and Jeb, who frequented the Palace Saloon in 1885.

He had a white beard and a tall hat, and usually sat in the middle at the table.

Zeke was portrayed by legendary veteran western actor Harry Carey Jr. He is referred to in the credits at the end of BTTF III as "Saloon Old-Timer #2".
