Ziff Howard Tannen was the grandson of Griff Tannen. His favorite magazine was Saboteur's Weekly.

History

Ziff Tannen sabotaged Marta McFly's solar sail ship, the MSC Marty, in 2091 but was foiled when Jules and Verne Brown intervened. Trying to escape via jet-pack, Ziff flew off-course and crashed into the prison where his grandfather was incarcerated and, much to Griff's disgust, was put in the cell next to the 95-year-old career felon.

Ziff was shown to have a persecution complex, as he cited that the McFlys were always kicking around the Tannens as his motivation, which wasn't entirely incorrect due to time travel.

Ziff's mixed metaphor was "I'm going to make like a banana and skedaddle" which is supposed to be "I'm going to make like a banana and split".

So far no other Tannen is portrayed or presented past Ziff's timeline in the year 2091.
